About our kids
12 high school students from Democracy Prep Charter School in Harlem will be selected to spend the afternoon with the hackers of angelHack. Our kids are sophomores and juniors with curiosity and passion for software development, but who have no access to computer science courses at school.We need your team!
What you can expect: a student will shadow your team for a couple of hours while you're working on your hack. They'll be there to observe only, not to pester you. By hosting a student for the afternoon, you'll be giving them a window into a future they can get excited about.To qualify you must:
Have a team of 3+ people
Be registered for angelHack
Not be creepy or a jerk
